Teaching Archive

This page holds teaching and conversations from earlier seasons of The Sevenfold. Some of these projects are currently paused as the ministry continues to grow and shift focus.

While formats and emphasis may change over time, the heart behind this teaching remains rooted in discipleship, discernment, and spiritual formation.

About the ministry of The Sevenfold

The Sevenfold is a Spirit-led ministry devoted to discipleship, discernment, and spiritual formation. We exist to serve believers who are hungry for a deeper, more grounded walk with Jesus — one that is rooted in Scripture, attentive to the Holy Spirit, and lived out with faithfulness over time.

Our heart is to help restore a vision of discipleship that goes beyond performance, pressure, or spiritual noise. We believe formation happens slowly, through obedience, discernment, and submission to the work of God beneath the surface of our lives.

Everything we steward — our teaching, our community spaces, and the School of Sevenfold Discipleship — flows from this same foundation. We are not building a platform or an institution. We are committed to forming disciples who know how to walk with God faithfully in both ordinary and costly seasons.

The name The Sevenfold comes from Isaiah 11:2, which describes the Spirit of the Lord resting upon Jesus:

Spirit of Wisdom | Spirit of Understanding | Spirit of Counsel | Spirit of Might

Spirit of Knowledge | Spirit of the Fear of the Lord | The Spirit of the Lord Himself

This passage reflects our heart for discipleship. We long to see believers formed by the full work of the Spirit, growing wise, discerning, grounded, and led by God rather than by pressure or performance.

This vision shapes everything we steward within The Sevenfold, from our teaching and community life to the School of Sevenfold Discipleship.

Mission & Vision
————

The Sevenfold exists to form rooted, discerning, Spirit-led disciples of Jesus — especially those who have felt out of place, overlooked, or misunderstood in traditional ministry spaces.

We are not here to build platforms, chase visibility, or create hype.

We are here to help believers return to the first commandment:

to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength — and to have no other gods before Him.

Everything we build flows from that center.

Formation
—————

We believe spiritual formation is a slow and intentional work. Growth in Christ does not happen through pressure, performance, or constant emotional intensity. It happens through obedience, discernment, and a willingness to be formed over time.

Our teaching is rooted in Scripture and attentive to the leading of the Holy Spirit. We value depth over speed, faithfulness over visibility, and truth over hype.

We are not interested in shortcuts or surface-level transformation. We want to see believers become grounded, discerning, and stable in their walk with Jesus, able to live faithfully in both ordinary and difficult seasons.

Whether someone engages through teaching, community, or the school, our approach remains the same. Formation comes before function.

Meet the Founders

Rachael Nicholas

Co-Founder

Rachael is a wife, mom, and ministry teacher with a deep heart for restoration and healing. Before co-founding The Sevenfold, she served in leadership, inner healing, and deliverance ministry, and walked through her own seasons of transformation that refined her understanding of God’s grace and freedom.

Rachael teaches truth with clarity, simplicity, and practical application, helping others experience lasting spiritual maturity. Her ministry is shaped by lived experience, a deep love for Scripture, and a desire to see believers walk in freedom that is rooted in truth rather than striving or performance.

She has been ordained by her elders in the callings of Teacher and Prophet, and serves within those callings with humility, discernment, and submission to the leading of the Holy Spirit, carrying a strong sense of responsibility toward the body of Christ.

Co-Founder

Virginia Price

Virginia is a wife, mom of six, ministry leader, and business owner. She met Jesus at 24 and immediately said “yes” to God — even when it didn’t make sense. What began as a simple idea for a podcast has grown into a full-spectrum ministry of teaching, conversation, and resource creation.

Virginia builds ministry, runs a web-design business, disciples others, and helps equip the body of Christ to walk in obedience and faith. Much of her own formation has come through learning to follow God without full clarity, trusting that obedience precedes understanding. She believes deeply that obedience — even when unclear — always leads to God’s best.

She has been ordained by her elders in the callings of Apostle and Prophet, and serves within those callings with humility, accountability, and submission to Scripture, carrying a strong sense of responsibility toward the body of Christ.
